1. The Rate conditions are as follows
a. Rate is quoted in Rupiah.
b. Rate is net non-commissionable.
c. Rate can be changed with prior notice adjusted to national economic conditions.
d. Rate includes driver fee and gasoline for chauffeur services.
e. Rate excludes entrance or retribution fees, parking fee, toll, overnight charges, tour guide, and any expenses other than mentioned on point (d).
f. Rate is subjected to 10% additional fee for midnight / early morning airport transfer (23:59 pm – 05:00 am)
g. Day Charter Rate can’t apply for Wedding Shuttle and Tirta Yatra and valid of area of Denpasar City, Badung regency and Central Ubud.
h. Full day charter outside the area of Denpasar City, Badung regency and Central Ubud, would be charged 20% additional fee as extra mileages surcharge.
i. Half day charter outside the area of Denpasar City, Badung regency and Central Ubud,, would be charged as Full day service.
j. Sleep out charge is the charge imposed for the use of driver service for an out-of-town trip and the driver has to stay overnight for such trip. This statement shall not be applicable for special events or special packages made by Dana Trans.
2. Term of payment
a. The payment shall be in Indonesian Rupiah or US Dollar. Particularly, for payment in US Dollar, the rental value will be converted to the Indonesian Rupiah based on the valid exchange rate and determined by Dana Trans at the time of transaction and will become a fixed rate until the expiration of the service period
b. Payment could be settled by cash, credit card, or bank transfer upon the booking confirm and payment maximum of 7 (seven) days after the invoice is issued. If more than the appointed dates, it will charge 5% per day as additional.

A deposit of 50% should be paid in advance, especially for unit Luxury Car, event utilization, or a big number of vehicles requested.
d. All bank correspondence charges applied to telex transfer shall be borne by client.
e. On any transfer made, please state the confirmation number to ensure the payments are allocated to the correct booking(s).

3. Reservation
a. Booking can be made through and WhatsApp +628126 787 5777.
b. In case of emergency, The Lessee may book and get the confirmation via telephone no. +628126 787 5777. However, written correspondence to Dana Trans should follow.
c. The type of usage charge will be settled based on a reservation in advance.
d. Vehicles are subjected to availability.
e. Reservation Hour: Monday – Friday (07:00 – 21:00); Saturday and Sunday (07:00 – 20:00) local time
4. Cancellation Fee
a. Cancellation made:
- 3 days prior to arrival during normal season,
- 7 days prior to arrival during high season (July-August),
- 14 days prior to arrival during peak season (24 Dec – 02 Jan and Event), no cancellation will be applied.
Within those period will forfeit 50% charge from the total booking.
Full payment will be charged when the vehicles already stand by at the time of service & place requested / due to no- go show guest.
b. Cancellation made 1 (one) day prior to service date would be charged 50% (fifty percent) from vehicle number requested especially for event / big number utilization requests.
c. We cannot do refund payments however we provide floating deposits in which it can be used for one year later.
