The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a luxury minibus introduced by PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia (MBDI), designed as a versatile vehicle for both commercial transport and high-end mobility. The Sprinter is known as the only minibus in Indonesia built on a monocoque chassis, giving it significantly better stability and ride comfort than conventional ladder-frame minibuses.
Its dimensions are substantial, with a length of around 5,910–6,967 mm, a width of around 1,993–2,345 mm, and a height of around 2,790–2,821 mm, accommodating anywhere from 7 to 20 passengers depending on configuration. One of its signature features is a cabin height of up to 1.9 meters, allowing passengers to stand fully upright inside — a rare feature seldom found in other minibus classes.
